As veterans in the hospitality industry, owners Craig Dominguez and Jacy Olmos are no strangers to good food and a good time.

Craig remarks – “A decade ago I was walking in an airport and saw a restaurant packed full of customers enjoying tacos + tequila – that’s it. I knew at some point, that would be perfect for our city.”

Both rich with a history of fine and casual dining, experience married to flavor was pivotal as they built out the concept.

Joining forces, the tow knew that Old Colorado City was the place to move into with this fresh and universal concept of tacos + tequila. Jacy emphasizes the love and importance of this space for locals and tourists alike - “The Westside has the charm of deep history, the bustle of tourism, the grittiness of locality and the renaissance of more to come. There is a rich ecosystem of community that provides value to our space.” The two of them have a deep love of luchadors, tequila, mezcals and a fantastic Rosé.
